Project scope of work: Utilizing 2-dimensional plans developed by SMNGA, Gregory Ramon Design Studio, Inc. developed 3-dimensional visualizations of two potential options for a retail development intended to support the historic Altgeld Gardens Housing Complex and community. The two schemes were used to help the client better understand how the configuration of the building on the site would affect both pedestrian and vehicular traffic patterns.
