Project Scope of Work: Winthrop Tower is a 19-story residential building that was constructed in the 1960’s.  As a requirement of Chicago’s Exterior Wall Program, our firm performed an exterior wall inspection for the property to confirm that no critical issues were readily visible on the exterior face of the building.  The complete scope of work consisted of photographic documentation of existing conditions, development of a report based on the onsite observations, and completion of the required forms for the Owner’s use in submitting to the city for compliance.
