Project scope of work: This 30,000 SF new construction mixed-use building located in the heart of downtown Morton, Illinois is the first major development in the town that took advantage of the mixed-use zoning code that was passed in the Spring of 2015. Gregory Ramon Design Studio, Inc. provided complete architecture and design services for this project, which contains five retail spaces and (18) 2-bedroom apartment units. Construction was completed during the 3rd quarter of 2016. We worked with the Client to develop a building style that worked within the surrounding context and met the expectations of the community members.
