Project scope of work: In addition to creating a model depicting the entire 50+ retail unit shopping center, the primary focus of this project was two new retail buildings containing a total of six retail spaces. Working closely with the Architect, we created several iterations of the concept in order to help the Client and future tenants better understand the potential of the properties.
